One tree will produce nearly 100 kg of O2 Yearly!

Today the launch of Telangana Haritha Haram started with high motive among people. While starting this program three years ago to increase 24% to 33% tree coverage in Telangana land. In this Haritha Haram program 230 crores of saplings  will be planted. Most of the Telangana people voluntarily participated in this program. In every Office, Schools, Streets and houses trees were planted.

In normal condition oxygen is colorless gas. Planet earth constituting almost 21% of oxygen in atmosphere. However oxygen is more important for living, but also breathing pure oxygen can also kill a person. That's where atmospheric oxygen produced by plants by photosynthesis is actual essential oxygen for life.

The saplings which were planted in these three years  already grown taller and steadily controlling CO2. Telangana Haritha haram program motivated most of the people understanding about importance of growing trees in their respective areas.
If this 230 crores 100% plants safely grown in Telangana will produce almost 23000,00,00,000 kilograms of oxygen produced per year. 

An average human being needs 750 kilograms of oxygen per year. Imagine the necessity of plants needs to this planet to safeguard future generation.  Telangana Haritha Haram is a wonderful program.

Hyderabad division Corporators also lead Haritha Haram program successfully in respective divisions. It was estimated that this year’s more than double the people participated in this Haritha Haram program. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao said this program is successful just because of people voluntarily shown interest.
